TROUBLESHOOT SOUND PROBLEMS

GTV SOUND INTERFERENCE

  1. Check from the remote control the button labelled AUDIO and press it

  2. On the menu displayed, change AUDIO CHANNEL or AUDIO MODES (Depends on your decoder type)  from STEREO to RIGHT

SOUND DOES NOT MATCH VIDEO

 

  1. Download this software and copy onto USB Drive. (Use PC instead of phone)

  2. Insert the USB Drive at the back of the. (Check the rear of the decoder)

  3. Press MENU on remote control

  4. Press the RIGHT Button two or three times on the remote control until the UTILITY menu is reached

  5. Press the DOWN Button to select on the USB

  6. Press OK on the USB drive

  7. Search, select and press OK on the file copied onto the USB drive (Select on this name YH_CP07_V212_20130606_1714_S.bin)

  8. Two upgrades will be displayed, select the second one. Wait for about 2mins till it is done

  9. Decoder will be restarted and your problem should be solved now
